Health & Work

Healthy employees. Sustainably employable.

Practical support for health, work and absenteeism. Rondomjegezondheid looks not only at the complaint, but at the employee, the work and the possibilities.

Practical and personal — looking at what is needed and at what is possible.

My starting point

Don’t wait until absence occurs.

Many complaints develop gradually. By signalling earlier, looking at the situation on the work floor and searching for possibilities together, complaints can sometimes be prevented from growing into long-term absence.

  1. 1

    Signal

    Recognise complaints and bottlenecks early.

  2. 2

    Look at daily practice

See the workplace and the tasks first-hand.

  3. 3

    Discuss possibilities

Search together for what is possible.

  4. 4

    Get moving

Practical steps that can be applied straight away.

Raimond van Dijk
My approach

No advice from behind a desk.

Health and work cannot always be viewed separately. That is why I look at the whole: the employee, the tasks, the working environment and the possibilities.

From my background as an occupational physiotherapist and my experience with reintegration and workplace examinations, I translate health questions into practical solutions.

  • Practical and personal
  • An eye for both employee and organisation
  • Thinking in possibilities
  • Preventive where possible, targeted where needed
