My vision

Occupational physiotherapist and labour expert for reintegration and workplace examination

A healthy and productive workplace starts with fit employees.

Does this sound familiar?

  • Tired of meeting the strict requirements of the Dutch Gatekeeper Improvement Act?
  • Two years of continued salary payments for employees on sick leave?
  • The occupational health service’s advice is leading? Says who? Why?
  • Need reintegration advice from the work location instead of from behind a desk?
  • Thinking along about possibilities based on daily practice?

When employees drop out due to physical or psychosocial complaints, or are on long-term sick leave, targeted guidance is essential for a successful return. I offer expert support with work reintegration and, when an employee risks dropping out, help with a workplace analysis and advice to keep the employee within the organisation.

With my interventions employees not only reintegrate after dropping out, but also learn how to prevent complaints and absence in the future. My approach is practical and goal-oriented, with attention to both the physical and mental aspects of returning to work.

Professional workplace examination

I also carry out professional workplace examinations, analysing working postures, ergonomic conditions and strenuous factors on the work floor. Based on these insights I give concrete advice on setting up the workplace optimally and preventing further complaints or absence. This contributes to sustainable employability and a healthy working environment.

Employers, managers and HR departments can turn to me for tailor-made solutions in prevention, reintegration and ergonomics. With my expertise I help organisations reduce absenteeism and let employees return to their (adapted) role with confidence and comfort.

Is your organisation dealing with long-term absence, or would you like the workplace to fit your employees’ needs better? Contact me and discover how I can support you.
